I love this set even though it has a couple of issues. The first thing you'll notice with this set is how large the vehicle is. It feels like a monster truck especially when scaled next to the figure and Triceratops. It feels like a fortress of its own. It comes with a detachable Triceratops cage that can slide down/off the truck to capture the Tric. Then there's the main piece of the set the Tric. I absolutely love the Tric. I bought it for him as an "end of the school year gift". He built it and has been playing with ALL his Legos since!! In my opinion it was worth the $$ I spent. I'm tired of kids having to be entertained by tv and video games. Toss out the tv and video games and buy your kids Legos :-) My only complaint about Legos is that I don't always want to buy Lego Lord of the Rings, Batman, Alien, etc. I know that is what most people in the world like...the fighting, shooting, etc., but our family doesn't. I'd like friendly Dinosaurs, maybe a camping Lego set, or maybe a hunting or fishing set. Just some ideas from a mom :-) |
