At the lowest price point in Lego's new Pharaoh's Quest line, the Scarab Attack set is pretty basic. The set features a minifigure of the adventurer character (Jake Raines, apparently), a small campfire setup, and a large scarab beetle.

Complexity - With just 44 pieces, this was an easy set to assemble. My 5-year old put together the minifigure and most of the scarab with little assistance in roughly 10 minutes.

Playability - This is actually a fun little set and a good value for the money. The minifigure comes with plenty of gear, including a pickaxe, rifle and other supplies, and the scarab is wicked looking with lots of creepy, poseable legs. We also got the LEGO Pharaoh's Quest Golden Staff Guardians 7306 set, and the two go together really well.

I bought this for my grandson who is 8. He's collecting as many of the Lego's as possible and he loves this one.

My son loves Pharoah's quest so we were glad to be able to complete his set with this one. I think they must be disconntinuing the series since they are hard to find or on clearance. It's a nice little set and he enjoyed putting it together (took no time for the nine-year-old) and then playing with it along with the other sets in the series. Nice little set that doesn't break the bank. Arrived quickly!
