It came in a birthday card envelope, very tackily packed, and the pouch had already been cut open and taped up. When I gave it to my son he noticed the arm was cracked. I don't think it's Amazon's fault, it's just the outside seller who did a poor job packaging etc. Overall we love the toy. |
