For Legos, this is one of the better deals. It is good for kids who love toy cars. Somebody gave it as a gift to my son and he loved it.

It is a perfect for a 7-year-old. It is a great puzzle to put together with wheels, rubber bands, and once you assembled it, it is great to play with.

Looks very realistic with parts of the car move like they are supposed to.

I bought this set for extra parts to use on other sets, and so far I've used about 3/4 of the parts on custom builds. Good deal to me.

Bought this for my 4 year old son who has become very interested in Legos. This set does NOT come with a mini figure, but I knew that going in and for the price point ~12, I was ok with that. With a little help it took my son about 30 min to build the dune buggy. I thought it was awesome that it had working suspension, pretty impressive how it works (going to incorporate it on some other builds) and my 4 year old thought it was way cool too. The only real disappointment is that while there is a place for a mini figure it doesn't really fit, basically the roof doesn't close. Not sure if it works that way on the other 2 models but it's an oversight on the dune buggy. Other than that I am very pleased. Worth the 12 investment, don't wait, press buy!
