This backpack feels durable, has the storage space I need, and just looks great. I've had no problem with the straps, zippers, or any other part of the bag. I only wish that this bag had more pockets; I often that I have too many random things stuffed into the outer pocket that I have to dig through for longer than I'd like to find what I'm looking for. The top outer pocket is useful for storing your glasses or wallet - anything that's small and you need to keep in reach.The capacity of the main pocket, in my experience, is about two 2-inch binders and one 1.5-inch binder (I'm estimating). I usually don't need more space than that, and I'm in high school. Don't expect to carry all your textbooks AND binders in this bag, as you would look like an idiot - you know, those people who obviously have stuffed too much crap into their backpacks.
