This set also includes an assortment of weapons such as an a bow, an axe, and many daggers. The two minifigures included in this set are the blacksmith and a Dragon Knight. I personally love the blacksmith because of how much play potential is in him. You can use his face for a brave knight, or his hood to make a pauper, or his body for a medieval baker. His face is also double-sided which features a happy expression and a mad expression. The legs also have printing. The Dragon Knight is like the others in the LEGO Kingdoms line. He has face that bears a frown. This face can be put onto any minifigure and still fit almost perfectly! This set also includes an anvil similar to the one in the Medieval Market Village with a hammer powered by a water wheel.The roof of the blacksmith's shop hinges to allow easy play. Unfortunately there is not much room inside the building (the anvil, hammer and forge take up the entire space), so the minifigures have to remain outside. I would highly recommend this set as an accessory to 7948 Outpost Attack, 7187 Escape from Dragon's Prison, or 7189 Mill Village Raid. Many timeless treasures to be had in the line from the Green Dragon Wizard to the Kingdoms Castle. Its tough to find the one gem in the Kingdoms line outside the obvious Kigdoms Joust set, which is truly brilliant. Because all the Kingdoms sets were good. Why is the Blacksmith attack set better than any other? It includes an Extremely Rare TLG Weapon Sprue. An Axe, Sword, and several other unique weapons exclusive to the sprue. Kingdoms villagers,peasants, and workers are also in short supply so its nice to have a set with a Blacksmith type of mini figure. This set also includes a Green Dragon Knight with the Full Plate Helmet mold found only in the Kingdoms line. The structure or Mill itself is a nice addition to a Castle scene, and includes useful parts for MOC's. However the true gold in this set is the weapons sprue itself. An amazing set for all ages! |
